lovely fistral beach stay
friendly staff varied buffet freshly cooked food delicious breakfast
The staff were friendly. Bethan assisted with directions upon arrival. aoife made a lovely fuss over my dog, effi. breakfasts included a delicious buffet with a good variety. freshly cooked food was also available to order.
during the day nobody was serving at the bar, and i needed to go to reception to order.

The swimming pool provided a place to spend an hour in the evening. it allowed relaxation after a day out. It was a really lovely place. there were also connecting bedrooms available, each with a tv.

dirty walls bedside lamp hairs
i initially thought the location was superb, however the room revealed some issues. the walls had what seemed like dirt smudges, not very appealing. a bedside lamp had some hairs, they looked like they were threatening to fall into my morning coffee, it wasnt nice at all. the bed was just okay, it didn't.

Excellent Stay with Fantastic Amenities
cute staff clean corridor fine view restful sleep
The reception staff were cute and helpful upon my arrival. The corridors smelled fresh and clean, this extended into my room, it was lovely. My room had a beautiful view of the sea, which I found fine. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep.
I found the room to be slightly smaller than I expected, this made navigating with luggage a bit challenging.

The Bistro offers an excellent selection of chef's specials in addition to the standard menu. I found a very good choice of gluten-free meals. The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of options, I was satisfied.

The hotel has a well kept indoor pool. I went there multiple times. There is a gym available , it is equipped with treadmills and stationary bikes. I also noticed that table tennis is available.

My room featured a very clean, light-filled space with a dedicated seating area. I was provided with complimentary tea and coffee. The bathroom included a rainfall shower, I found it amazing!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful during my entire visit. Lauren at breakfast was especially helpful, she assisted me in finding specific items. The online check-in process was efficient, it saved time upon arrival.

great value stay
pool size fluffy towels friendly staff restaurant food
The pool was a nice size, it was great for a quick swim. i found the fluffy towels to be a real treat after a swim and the staff were very friendly! the food in the restaurant tasted delicious. the staff was helpful. They provided quick service.
the bistro was closed for a short time during the day.

Excellent stay, wonderful experience
sea view helpful staff cardio machine
We had the same room i had last year at this time and i had a fantastic sea view across Fistral beach right across to the headland hotel! The staff were excellent and helpful right from reception to the Sixty Bistro staff always friendly cute and helpful. I also used the gym which is limited to about 5 cardio machines and NO weights but you can get a good workout.
The eggs were like a hard slab one morning, it was not a pleasant experience! I thought for the price there would at least be a fan or AC. The electrics were hanging off in the room, this meant we were too nervous to charge our phones as it felt unsafe.

friendly staff clean room expensive drinks dog charge
The check-in staff were very friendly. My standard single room was very clean and had a refreshing feel to it. The location is great near the sea, nice for beautiful walks. I also swam in the pool (a big plus!).
The drinks felt a little expensive relative to the hotel standard. I also found the dog charge a bit excessive for what it is, a 3-star hotel. The charges felt a little out of sync.
